主讲人及主要内容:

(一) 报告题目:Genome-Wide Identification and Characterization of MADS-box Family Genes Related to Floral Organ Development in Yellowhorn (Xanthoceras sorbifolium)

报告人:王馨蕊,野生动植物保护与利用专业20级博士研究生。主要研究方向为文冠果分子生物学及种质资源开发利用。博士课题为“文冠果比较基因组学及花发育的分子调控机制”。发表SCI论文9篇,第一作者2篇。参与申请文冠果推广示范项目3项,负责编写林业行业标准2项。申请文冠果国审良种1个,申请新品种40余个,22个获得授权,第一培育人5个。

报告内容:Yellowhorn is a unique woody oil tree species in China, with its dense flowers, long flowering period, colorful flowers have a good ornamental value. MADS-box transcription factor is a kind of ancient gene family with obvious sequence characteristics and long-term evolution, and the research shows that it has important regulatory effect on the development of male and female matching sons, flower development and embryo development. However, there has been no research on yellowhorn 's MADS-box gene family. Based on yellowhorn 's genome data, this study analyzed yellowhorn's MADS gene family. The aim is to explore the expression patterns and potential functions of XsMADS gene during different flower development periods.

报告人:丁欢欢,野生动植物保护与利用专业20级博士研究生。

报告内容:带领大家认识和了解木本植物栓皮栎。

(三) 报告题目:新冠疫情封控对白冠长尾雉及同域物种的影响

报告人:华俊钦,自然保护区学专业20级博士研究生,研究生期间以第一作者发表SCI论文2篇,中文核心期刊论文1篇。

报告内容:以发表在Avian Research的文章为基础,利用红外相机数据,从空间、时间和时空相结合的方法探究了疫情封控前、封控期中和封控解除后三个时期白冠长尾雉及同域物种对疫情封控措施的时空响应。
